I liked the knives very much so I immediately disposed of the packaging(I trusted the brand). Which was soon a mistake. I was charged an administrative fee of 456Kč when returning it. Knowing that, I'd rather keep them. Expensive fun. Especially since in another case I was delivered an unwrapped iron (Christmas present) and I cannot charge Alza an administration fee. Regular client(I don't understand)

Poor workmanship.
Don't put them in the dishwasher, they'll rust instantly.
The knives leave smudges on the rack that cannot be polished.
