The heater is quite quiet, its noise is not annoying. There is no need for e.g. to turn up the volume on the TV, and if you do, just 1 notch.
Measured power consumption - 1st stage: 1 100 W, 2nd stage: 1 500 W.
Because of the heating element, which is made up of several densely stacked strips placed side by side, the straight heater does not blow much. The air flow from a straight heater is much weaker than that of a conventional straight heater with a heating wire.
The white sides of the straight heater can be removed. The protrusion at the back centre of the sidewall is pulled slightly to the side and the sidewall is then pulled backwards. The dust filters of the air inlets to the direct heater are accessible under the sidewalls, one on each side.
Quite silent, the noise of the straight heater is not annoying, but of course it is audible.
Does it really have a declared power consumption of 1 500 W (measured), this is far from obvious.
Almost doesn't smell.
The oscillation will help to better blow the warm air around the room. There is no increase in noise during oscillation, nor is there any noise.
The thermostat's working just fine.
Dust filters at air inlets.
The power cable is only 1.6 metres long.
The heater does not have the function of running only with the fan, but without heating. This is useful for cooling the heater after heating (about 20-30 seconds).
The blown air stream is very narrow, so oscillation is more or less necessary to disperse the warm air around the room.
The 1st heating stage has an input of 1 100 W. I don't really see the point of its existence.
