I've been looking forward to it, but I'm worried there's something wrong with it. Sometimes it doesn't want to start, the washing machine starts up and doesn't actually start washing until the third-fourth setting. Before that, after pressing Start, it starts to fill the water, flushes the powder from the dispenser, then the water stops and nothing further.

It seems to me as if a lot of those positive reviews on this product are not written by actual users, or is it just my bad luck?
