Product purchased 12/2023, 04/2024 the charger stopped working, on the face of it something happened to the charger connector, I asked for a "simplified" claim by sending a new charger, which the eshop has on offer for 400 CZK, I did not have the time and inclination to send the whole vacuum cleaner back because of one connector, it was rejected that I have to send the whole vacuum cleaner. So I asked for at least a discount on the charger, also unanswered, bought it at my own expense and have peace of mind, so much for the willingness to deal with things efficiently.

I am writing a review after a year of regular use. Although a "battery-powered" vacuum cleaner certainly has many advantages, I would not buy one today, or at least not this model. I could spend the same money on a plug-in vacuum cleaner that has several times the suction power. Several times it happened to me that the vacuum cleaner was not able to suck one rice seed after 10 minutes of vacuuming. In the tube leading to the chamber in which the vacuumed material is deposited, hair and other annoyances are constantly getting stuck. Cleaning it is always a horror. After each vacuuming, I have to get the hair out of the brush in the cleaning head as well. I would also retrospectively prefer to use bags, as there is nothing worse than emptying the vacuumed material into the trash and releasing quanta of dust into the room.
