Good for the output fan.
To make sure it always spins itself, it's a good idea to connect it directly to the power supply, not the motherboard.

It appears in reviews here that the fan doesn't start and needs to be nudged, or that it runs at too low a speed. My fan behaved like this when I accidentally swapped the ground pin with the speed measurement pin. What happens is that you either solder it wrong, or you crimp it backwards onto the connector. So I wonder if it was a product defect or faulty wiring by the user for those other users.
really quiet, it's so quiet I don't even know about it.
price
the airflow is what it is. It runs at low revs so no whirr, not a negative, it fits the spec.
