I've had this bowl for many years and it hasn't been wrong. And then one of my closures broke off. So I bought a new one, but apparently it's some "new and improved version" without the gasket. Understandably, the sellers (and probably the manufacturer) are not completely clear on this, so you can't tell anything from the pictures.

The lid does not have a seal, the liquid of a thinner consistency flows, the thicker sauce may last but I have not tried.
many Sistema products do not have a seal, I do not understand why, it is confusing that in the photo it looks like the seal is on the lid (red stripe) but in reality it is not.
