I solved the described problem in time anyway by using only the front ones and using the attachment from the rear ones - i.e. 4 handles for driver and passenger, then OK.
I had them on my car for about 3 years and they served their purpose.
Could be better quality attachment pins or could be two more in the package.
From time to time I had to "reposition" them - due to not very good fit they were pulling down.
