This product was incorrectly advertised. I wanted US/EU ouput, and UK/Australian/EU input, which was included in the list. But when i recieved it it was a US/Japan output, and the US plug was only a 2 pronged plus so I was unable to use it because most plugs have 3 prongs. PLEASE UPDATE THE DESCRIPTION. The manufacturer website has a more correct description, but for some reason the model listed on Alza have a different name. its absurd
