Very good for kids from 3yrs of age
assembly was quick and clear with instructions
Special tools are needed which could be included for product at such a price range
Spare screws would be good few screws were missed by us during construction, with none to spare.

The houses are tall, albeit cramped, but an adult person can fit there
It is robust
Wow, the wind won' t just blow it away, even though it already took us a few numbers around the garden. We have it on the pavement.
The little one will absolutely love it from day one (we' ve had it for three quarters of a year)
Expensive accessories and harder to find accessories
Price
I' m a little sorry that it can' t be closed better, e. g. against wind, rain
