It will pull even a 12-year-old laptop without a battery from the car socket without the laptop collapsing.
It doesn' t matter if the engine is running or stopped. There are no differences in voltage or frequency.
Noisy
Voltage and frequency is not quite 100%. The frequency is approx. 52 Hz and sometimes even 70 Hz, and the voltage often drops below 200 V, but NB power supplies can handle a lot (even 100 V), so it doesn' t matter.

The higher harmonics are probably not completely “picked up“ by the comrades - the laptop sometimes behaves strangely, the mouse cursor has problems with the reaction, after disconnecting the charger the situation settles down, so that' s really it. However, it more or less serves the purpose, so I recommend it as a result.
