Acceptable deviation
great cooking aid
none - those who give bad ratings because it measures 37°C and 35°C on the whole probably didn't read that it is not a body thermometer: )

A useful little gadget - for checking underfloor heating, thermal bridges, and cold walls. I also use it to measure the flue pipe and the oven, which is ancient and doesn't show the temperature.
Simplicity
switchable backlight/aiming

use value
The deviation is about 1°C, but that's usually sufficient, as long as I can calibrate it in my head. When I need a precise temperature, I first measure it with my black household thermometer, which I consider to be accurate.
You need to be careful of the laser's reflection and it's better not to aim it at shiny surfaces at all, where it could reflect into your eyes. The laser can be turned off, but then the aiming is less precise.

The device is simple and clear. He does what I ask of him. I believe it measures temperature well, although I am not able to 100% double check.
