The idea is good, but the execution and performance? Actually, I don't know where to use it as a result, it's kind of a "maze". We wanted it above the line, but it's too weak for that - it doesn't even reach down from the cabinet above the line. The wardrobe is even taller, so it wouldn't work in that at all. I feel like it could be made more powerful these days.

the infrared sensor has a long range
the sensor turns on the light whenever it sees movement. That is, even if the ambient lighting is sufficient, which somewhat limits its use as an orientation light.
