Unfortunately, my experience is like with a beta product. The app and headphones look very unfinished to me. With my particular PC they work only until the PC is put to sleep, after that the application is absolutely unresponsive and the sound does not transmit. Restarting the application will not help, only restarting the whole PC will help. If I try to update the FW, the update fails (even several times) and the whole Inzone Hub is locked, allowing nothing else but to try to update the FW again. Only reinstalling the Inzone HUB and resetting the headset to factory settings will help. In my environment it is absolutely unusable, I don't want to restart the whole PC just for the sake of headphones, when in my normal environment I use only sleep and restart about 3 times a year.

I was deciding between H7 and H9. H9 won out but because we have a small apartment and ANC in normal home noise with kids is a good "suppressor". And I also thought that the price difference wasn't that bad and that I would make myself happy. And he did. The product is a nice one and so far I am very satisfied. I like how the design fits the PS5. I just put them next to it on the cabinet and it's great. I also play on PC and I am satisfied here. You can do quite a lot of sound adjustments via the app, so if you're not 100% happy, you can tweak it. No one from the neighborhood complained about the microphone quality, so I guess it's good too: -)

I have the Sennheiser GSP 670 headphones and I can say that the sound quality is completely different, the quality of the materials used cannot even be compared. I was expecting a lot more for the money, definitely don't recommend.
