Absolutely perfect sound for my taste. If you're not looking for a monitoring headphones and just want pure comfort for long term listening and a warm sound with good bass and a smooth treble, this it it. On comparison to the ATH-M50x I can say that this is definitely better for casual listening for long stretches while the ATH-M50x is better in terms of more accurate audio reproduction (read, studio monitoring) and tighter bass.
Ultimately, what put me off of buying the ATH-M50x was its tacky treble. It will tire you off after listening for a long time especially if you're listening to treble-high songs.
Go for this blindly if you need absolutely mind-blowing vocals with good bass and smooth treble.
Almost nothing, though I feel like they could have outdone themselves by offering sheep skin at this price point.
