Never buying this again. Sticking with apple air pods pro. Maybe sound quality is not as good but it is so much more convenient to use.
None really when compared to the Apple Air Pods
Slippery to hold and difficult to remove from case
To update software you have to wear the buds
The left bud battery drain much faster than right
Bulk buds so wearing winter cap will rub on bud and make noises
Sometimes does not pair with Samsung TV or iphone
Does not auto switch connection to devices

They're too big and heavy, they hurt my ears and ear canal, even with the smallest earbuds. The headphones make noise which is very annoying. I found nothing positive and was disappointed with such an expensive product. I came back. back, everything was quick and easy. 1* to Alza for this.

DON'T BUY! Unless you want to spend 5k on headphones that will be unusable in a year. They stop charging at max. and it won't last an hour on a charge.

they are huge and heavy
memory foam holds well in the ear and seals, but after a while it hurts the ears
The ANC makes a terrible noise when you move the headphones in any way. Totally inappropriate for running.
The handling is really 2 years behind. Either you have the volume setting or the ANC setting. It's not possible to do both at the same time. Forget about any shifts in composition.

Very high quality headphones from Sony with perfect sound and LDAC support. Another very important point is the ANC, which can also handle the meter very well. I had to return the first pair of headphones because of an ANC fault. There was a terrible noise and crackling coming from the right earpiece. With the other headphones I tried to get used to them, but I always had to take a break after wearing them for a while. Unfortunately, I had to return the headphones. If they fit in your ears and don't cause you pain, I can more than recommend these headphones. Since Sony is the top in ANC I will probably replace them with the WH version over the head.

On first listen super sound, perfect fit in the ears even when running, I just had to replace the foam attachments with classic silicone ones. It hurt my ears when worn for a long time.

A couple of times a week (about once every 10h of pure listening time) you need to restart the headphones (put them in the box and take them out). One handset stops playing or the touch on the handset doesn't work.
Transparency mode is usable, not particularly good, but I still prefer to take the handset out of my ear.
With headphones this expensive, I would appreciate some form of tracking of the lost device.
