after a year of using the complaint - like many here, one of my headphones stopped playing. After about three weeks, my money was refunded
the cable could be longer - you should rightly have the control and battery segments resting on your collarbones, but for a guy with just a slightly thicker neck they will constantly fall on your back, the cable just won't be enough. I had to wear them around my neck and crossed under my chin.
