As with all SONY products, the antenna is long enough for the FM band. I live in an area with weaker FM coverage, so I opted for this brand. Some manufacturers put a 30cm rod and that would suck for me.
50 kHz step in FM tuning.
It receives perfectly FM stations both on battery and when connected to the mains. There are inferior receivers where interference from the mains is transmitted directly to the receiver, but this is not the case here.
Option to save 3 FM stations to speed dial.
USB input, headphone output and also audio-in input on the front panel easily accessible.
CD/USB without problems.
If it had an RDS system, it wouldn't hurt, but I have FM frequencies more or less in my head, so it's not an insurmountable problem. Of course I knew when I bought it that it didn't have an RDS function.
Backlit display (I knew when I bought it that it didn't have that either).
