Overall I am happy with the headphones quality, touch control and the sustain is very good. This is true, however, if you don't struggle to connect your headphones or find that only one is charged. Sometimes only one will turn on, or for a change you try to steady the earpiece in your ears so that it doesn't fall out. Although I am happy with them, I would not buy them a second time.

The sound is OK if they just stick in your ears and pair properly

repeated constant connection and pairing issues (with different devices)
after a fortnight since the complaint and received brand new earphones as part of an immediate exchange, the right earphone stopped working (in the middle of the song) it sometimes crackles when held down, but that' s all, so they will go to the complaint again as soon as possible
intermittent connection problems again (“failed to connect“)
I would definitely expect a better quality product for that price
even the high number of complaints indicates something in itself
