The plastic on the buttons on my model squeaked a lot
For some reason, the software kept resetting the settings
The white LED on the mouse wheel always flashed after a few hours and the mouse set to the default DPI (I found nothing in the manual about this situation)
For the above reasons, I returned the mouse after a week
