It fits exactly. The Apple Pencil charges perfectly, and its storage on the left is secure - and it's relatively easy to take out, as it has a cutout that allows the Pencil to be "snapped" out. I recommend it.

Solid case that holds the shape of the stand even when I use the iPad as a stylus notebook. The stylus compartment is on the other side than the wireless stylus charging, so you have to keep an eye on the stylus charge and charge while using, not while transporting.
