Quiet, excellent even drying even if you add extra plates (I recommend them, they are worth it and the dryer handles them perfectly - everywhere is dry the same), for me also nice design and practical shape (I don't understand round dryers that take up space and can't be stored neatly and even when in use you can't look at them: -)). Tall slices - you can dry taller fruit, which is a problem with many dryers because the palates are so close together that you can hardly get anything but thin slices in there. I'm perfectly happy, I'm just sorry they didn't choose her for the D test to confirm my opinion.
The drying plates are made of a more fragile plastic at first glance, but I'm not going to mess with that: -) so if you pay a little attention, nothing will happen.
