will never recommend this brand to anyone. These headphones are ale to connect to one pc, but that is about it. when you try to use them on another one, you might just as well buy another one, as you will fail.

unable to connect to multiple pcs. While i had this ss dongle in one pc, i needed to connect to another pc via Bluetooth. first connect was ok, it worked, but i was unable to use Teams for work communication. when i turned them off, and the on, i was unable to connect them back. i would have to remote it from Bluetooth devices, and retard them a few times.

For the money, it's not too bad. Admittedly I would expect things like the USB receiver to be handled better, but as long as it fits well on my head then there's not much to complain about.

USB receiver - Did anyone at SteelSeries think about this when they were making it? The end of the USB is curved to the side. That wasn't so bad, BUT if you want to plug it into the PS5 you're out of luck because either the internet cable or another USB will get in the way and that's just because the cable is bent sideways. Not to mention the fact that it can't be turned off and so it's on practically all the time.
