Complained three times with the same fault, when after a few days of use the left earpiece was muted and played at half the volume of the right one.
This problem persisted even after connecting to the mobile phone via Bluetooth and 2.4 receiver.
In none of the three cases did a firmware update via GG software or reset help.
Eventually settled with a refund.

I use it at the PC, the sound is good for both strikers and stories, at 2.4 connection it really lasts up to 10h.
When connecting the dongle directly to the case, it made electronic noise here and there, after pulling it out to the extension all ok.
Sometimes the right earpiece is slower to connect. The app works well, the preset eqs are handy. The headphones are comfortable. I use them on the Audeze Maxwell and the transition is not a problem. As such a universal for travel and home I recommend it.
quite usable sound
convenient
sometimes it takes longer to connect the right earpiece
After trying these headphones and the Asus Rog cetra SpeedNova, I decided to go with ASUS, the headphones are very individual, so everyone will have a different experience. The advantages of these headphones are that they are more comfortable (probably the most comfortable and best fitting I've had so far). Good battery life.
The sound is average unless you can't or don't want to adjust the equalizer, which I personally don't enjoy, then the sound is quite good. If the software could automatically recognize active elements (e.g. movie, game, etc. ) and automatically adjust the equalizer accordingly, that would be another fun thing. What bothered me in the extreme was that it can't automatically switch from 2.4Ghz to Bluetooth back, so if you want to use it with multiple devices, you have to manually switch by triple-clicking on the handset. Someone writes that it can be done, but I just got disconnected from the phone, maybe if someone called and they were instructed, but e.g. when switching music, video it failed. The box and material had become slightly dirtied from fingerprints. The microphone was miserable, especially when you have noise around you, the more noise the less I could understand. Over Bluetooth with a phone it will be better, but on a Windows PC no big deal. That's why I went the way of the competition.
ANC and other features are comparable to the competition, even if it doesn't have adaptive ANC. It will probably get better over time with the next firmware.
They fit great and are comfortable
When using an equalizer, they will have a pretty good sound
ANC, ambient
Nice look
For calls, probably a decent microphone
Battery life
Nice packaging, everything needed in the package
On Windows microphone disaster over 2.4 Ghz
At higher ambient noise levels, the filter is so bad that you can hardly understand it
Does not have adaptive ANC
It cannot automatically switch between devices (if you have e.g. headset on the PC and someone calls on the phone, you have to press the button 3 times to switch the connection)
Average sound without EQ, possibly having to play around and adjust settings for individual activities (gaming, movie, music)
The material immediately gets dirty and you can see the prints
It is not possible to update the firmware via the phone.
I bought the headphones mainly because of the bigger ears and from previous about 6 headphones from the price of 1000-9000 I switched to earbuds (e.g. steelseries). Thankfully it hasn't been long since SteelSeries released these and I was able to try them out. The second time it didn't let me down, you normally plug in the Arctic mobile app, and you have EQ etc. it's simple, and it's the same with PC. I haven't had many in-ear headphones in my life, but I have to admit that compared to the previous brand I've used they are insanely comfortable for me. But again, we all have different ears, something suits everyone, and I just wanted a gaming headset with ANC, with the ability to also connect to a mobile phone, with good sound, and all of this from my side meets.
I can't wear headphones over my ears because of my slightly larger ears. And the earphones didn't fit my ears before, so these are good
Fast charging of the headphones themselves. Which they guarantee for 10min / 3hrs of listening and somehow +- so it fits well.
Relatively good sound. (Probably not for an audiophile, but it suits me)
ANC is not the best, but it is still good. I know a lot worse. And he's doing his job. Most things in my area are muted see air conditioning etc.
Wireless charging
You connect it to your mobile / pc, and it automatically switches (E.g. if someone calls you on your mobile, you can answer it and the headset switches to BT from wireless and then back again.
I haven't found many negatives, but it's a pity that there are buttons on the headphones and they are not for example touch. But I have to admit they're easy to squeeze.
I've tried Sony Inzone Buds and Asus Cetra SpeedNova but they don't compare to these. The sound as it sits in your ears. So Sony had better battery life and ASUS a little over 4 hours on PS5. The Arctis lasts 6 hours on PS5 on a single charge and that's good enough for me and around 10 hours on PC. The app also works on IOS versus Asus.
