The dryer could have been perfect for the price if the manufacturer had placed a fan to exhaust the humid air from the dryer. There is a fan hidden somewhere in the dryer, but it just hums without any added value.
The fan can be finished, but it is at the cost of losing the warranty and if it should be controlled based on humidity and temperature, it is necessary to add another sensor with a microcontroller.

Compared to the S1, definitely an upgrade. It works great and is quite comfortable.
Heats up quickly
Compared to S1, it contains a fan and the filament heats more evenly
Huge improvement - includes hygrometer so you can clearly see the humidity in the dryer and how it drops
Clear display
More robust and of higher quality than the S1
Compared to S1, the heating element is also in the lid, so the filament is heated all around
The fan is quite noisy
Other than in S1, the filament transition locations are only at the top. I solved it by pushing out the part that holds the lid open a bit and the filament can go out the front as well.
Personally, I find that the lid would be more practical if it opens to the left and not to the right as it is.

No ventilation, no place for moist air to go
Two drying cycles have dried it from 50 to 35% and it won't get any lower

This dryer does what it's supposed to do and for the price it's great. It heats all the way around, so the filament heats evenly. Preset profiles for most materials are also nice. The biggest minus is that it has no active ventilation. The humid air has no proper place to go so it is necessary to open it for a few seconds and let the warm humid air out. You can see it a lot in the humidity indicator when it doesn't drop much on its own, but when you open it up it drops down a few percent.
