Super detail in the heights, even if there is too much of it

The problem with all Superluxes is that they have a very deep soft bass, but the midbass is almost absent
It's not for studio work
After the initial amazement at the details, disappointment replaced by disappointment at how much unbalanced characteristic the headphones have
The sensitivity is not very high, i.e. You can't wake them up much with a regular phone.
Superlux could easily compete with an order of magnitude more expensive headphones if they did the work and tweaked the transducers a bit, there is very little missing to perfection (I still have HD681 and they sound similarly good/poor)
