With my heart pounding after going up a steep hill, my maximum heart rate is 141 rpm. I have tried various tightening, loosening, moving the watch, but the heart rate measurement is simply inaccurate. There are videos about it on youtube. The only solution is a chest belt. I don't know how other brands of watches are doing with heart rate measurement using optics, I have no experience.

the ability to choose your own screens
You cannot now view the training record on the watch retrospectively. All you'll know is that you ran, how much, kcal burned, but you won't get anything like a nice graph of heart rates, lap times and activity details from the watch back, you'll have to wait for the app for that.
