21.7.2021 bought 4 pieces (2x home, 2x to work). MONEY TO THE WIND!
1. ) Ear hook completely fragile. Of the four pieces mentioned, only ONE remained with this hook. the remaining 3 BREAKED UP WHEN CALLING - no extra hook load.
2. ) Connection to two phones at the same time - sometimes functional. After pairing with 1 device, but problematic pairing (approximately 5 times) with the second device. The connection dropped in all cases - the HF disconnects chaotically and connects even at a short distance from the phone. Fortunately, never during a call.
3. ) No voice message on battery charge status at power on. The need to monitor the HF charge indicator on the phone display, especially during longer calls. Otherwise, the battery life is great - that' s probably the only positive of this device.
4. ) Microphone. I dropped out a lot, cut my voice, etc. during the conversation. Last 2 - 3 hours almost unusable before discharging the battery. Commonly, people complained that they did not hear me or heard me, but terribly weak, subdued.
5. ) The sound behaved in the same way. He normally fell out during the call, chopped, or heard various echoes. The sound rarely worked the way the customer expected. Another fact is the absence of volume control on the handset itself. Despite the highest volume of Bluetooth devices in the phones, the sound in the handset was terribly quiet.
I' m considering a claim for all four, but I assume that physical damage to the ear hook will force the dealer to “misuse.“ So they end up in the trash, and I never want to see anything from Swissten again.
Battery life
That battery life is the only plus of this device.
