Scratched, damaged, used. Otherwise always great working alza disappointed this time and sent probably returned goods. The iPhone 11 can be inserted into it but the charging coil is so off-centre that the charger is unable to charge. It just generates heat. For 900, it's really just an overpriced phone holder.
