The kidney holds well on the body, it is lightweight and the tea stayed warm to lukewarm in it for about 3-4 hours. The plastic removable bottle is wrapped with a piece of insulating foam glued together with adhesive tape. It looks very cheap and I don't know how many washes it will last. If you want to take the bottle out of the kidney and rinse it properly, unfortunately there is no other way.
