The battery is already part of the device. Easy setup
I don't recommend the scale at all. I'm still testing it and the values it shows are purely random. The fat varies within 5% over the course of a day and several measurements. Even after half an hour. Muscles, age, completely random numbers.
I wonder if such a nonsensical measurement can be claimed?!

I consider the fact that she's tiny to be an advantage. It has been mentioned several times that they don't measure big feet. I have a #44 and it measures without problems even when the foot goes over the edge of the scale.
Pretty well done manual with a guide explaining the values and their "normal" range.
Accuracy is questionable (like all scales of this type). I have nothing to compare it to so I'm relying on what it shows: )

for some feet a little smaller than it should be, so the footprint is not 100%, but it measures fine, only sometimes with a bigger person as if it sticks to the foot and when he puts down one foot, the tanita rises a little from the ground and falls again. but it can be avoided if you point it out to the person being measured
