My main negative opinion is the approach of the Alza complaints department, which refunded my money despite the fact that I requested a repair or replacement with a working model. Because the coffee machine has become more expensive over time, I cannot immediately buy a new model without paying the price difference. Refunds should only be made if the product cannot be provided - but this is not the case here, as Alza has plenty in stock.

The only downside is that after about a week the touchscreen stopped working (the outermost buttons, so you couldn't do espresso and cleaning). I have claimed the coffee maker, probably a defective piece. I noticed worse reactions already when unpacking, but it was not a hindrance and I thought it was supposed to behave that way. But it got progressively worse.
