Tecno disappointed me. Definitely not recommending to my friends. Alza buys a number of brands, but Tecno is not among them.
It looks very nice. I bought it as a gift for my mother. Large display, easy to read. Satisfaction lasted about a week after purchase. Then came the big disappointment.
After a week, the phone stopped notifying incoming SMS, Viber and WhatsApp messages. Factory reset twice. Each notification only worked for a while. The phone went silent again of its own accord. I ended up having to buy another phone and this one is now under warranty.
Lots of useless apps and games that cannot be uninstalled.
The Czech language in the menu is sometimes very incomprehensible. There is no chance to understand what the translator meant. The company wants to make a name for itself, but it will hardly succeed in this way.
Apparently, the company doesn' t support upgrades - Android 11 has no chance to upgrade to 12. I know it' s normal for other brands.

My phone turns off when I turn on Instagram and TikTok. Like it rebooted. As soon as I click on Ig or TT again after the “restart“, it does the same thing. After about 3-5 minutes it starts working fine again
