despite the double warning, Alza does not specify the size of the shipping carton. I finally found out about this from the supplier and told Alz, but to no avail.

the carton had two holes in it and for the most part it was taped over in various ways with previously prepared white DPD adhesive tape with the print that the package was damaged (and badly damaged I might add! ), so they checked the contents and that it should be fine, so they sealed the package with the already mentioned tape. The approach of the Alza employee at the delivery was completely lax, he was silent and waited to see if I would notice the condition of the packaging. But it is to his credit that he at least recorded the damage to the packaging in their system at my request.

if I were shopping somewhere on the market, this situation would not have surprised me that much, but the fact that it was the largest seller of electronics and other goods in the Czech Republic surprised me a little, I prefer not to comment further.
