I purchased a Tefal Clipso pot over 10 years ago (I don't know about 13 years) and the seal has worked great the whole time I've been there (even though the manufacturer recommends replacing it after a year). And look out! I cooked in it several times a week. Lately (due to working outside the home) I've been cooking on the weekend and using the pressure cooker at least 2x every weekend - broth for soup, cooking meat for sauces, stews, etc. - I love to cook and I love a happy family at lunch or dinner.
The purchased gasket works absolutely great, I am very satisfied and most importantly the next time I need something I will be happy to contact you!
