I previously had another Tefal type with a classic handle, but it didn't release steam, so I advertised it 3 times. In the end Alza refunded my money - really all the time decent treatment, I praise Alza. The whole process went fine (I have 2 horrible experiences with CZ and SK Datart and disaster. They literally make idiots out of people. So I closed the door behind them. I don't need to experience this. To get angry and to treat the person as an incompetent. I don't shop there anymore. In Alza I was pleasantly surprised by the way they handle complaints and how they treat customers. ) I subsequently bought this pressure cooker. And I am very satisfied. Info. for those who have no experience, not to be as scared as I was at the beginning: ). When the safety valve clicks, I have already measured (so far it has always worked that way because I usually do the same volume of meat) that it takes almost 3 min before the steam starts to escape through the valve. So don't worry about it exploding, leave it on the strongest setting, stand by it and when it starts to let off steam, reduce the heat to about half and then just wait for the soft meat: ) And if you should happen to get it not wanting to pressurize = the red valve won't pop up, that happened to me 2x too, I don't know why, so open it and close it again and you're good to go. No stress: )
Excellent! It works as it should. The pork chops are tender until they fall apart in 40 min. Previously, I made pork in a conventional pot for over 2 hours. I'm not even knocking.
It doesn't have that classic handle, so it is foldable. It is easy to handle.
Opening and closing with one hand is FANTASTIC! That's a million dollar idea! It's easy, whoosh, whoosh. Really with one hand.
