The initial sharpness disappears very quickly, but otherwise OK. It is well used. except for the cleaning.
Really extreme sharpness on first use
Practical blade cover
After grating a piece of ginger, the original extreme sharpness disappears irretrievably and the grater is simply average sharp.
The bi-directional blades make it harder to clean, e.g. from the "hair" of ginger
