I didn't end up taking the kettle, I returned it right away at the store because I inspected the kettle at the Tefal store the day before picking it up and the inside of the kettle is not smooth at all. It's rough, not as good as it looks from the outside.

Because of the induction we have newly I wanted a whistling kettle, but I didn't know it would be such a problem to choose.
The Tescoma Corona 2l had a plastic workpiece (handle) that had been chewed off as if made by an apprentice.
The whistle was crooked against the throat, and the steam produced drops that sizzled on the induction, a lot. Even if they boiled a minimum of water for just one coffee.
The product absolutely did not match either the brand or the price range. Even Orion Darek was much better crafted. I would return that one too, though, because of such shoddy workmanship.
Incidentally I also returned it, but on the grounds that it made sounds like a fighter jet taking off when induction heated. Tefal matches the quality and price and is really top notch.
Quickly boiled water (about 20% faster compared to a 2200W kettle)
Top craftsmanship (unlike Tescoma Corona 2l)
Probably the strongest sandwich bottom. (I have also tried Tescoma Corona 2l and various Orion kettles).
The whistle is loud. (some may consider it a disadvantage).
The claimed literage is nonsense. Up to the crease, where the water should be filled to the maximum, it is about 1.8 litres.
The filler cap (dynko) is very hot after boiling the water and it is a problem not to touch it when pouring the water again. The plastic grip is very close to the stainless steel part. But most kettles have a similar problem.

The kettle is very nice, it looks massive, it emits a standard sound like other dishes on induction when boosted. The nozzle opening works well, the hiss of steam could be a little quieter, but that' s a detail.
Unfortunately, the inner surface does not look very trustworthy, it is not stainless steel, there are various irregularities and scratches, and the question is whether it will peel off over time. The spout and the top of the kettle are slightly recessed and lined so that it is not possible to completely pour all the water into the dry place, a little will always remain there and it is therefore necessary to leave the kettle without the lid to dry thoroughly, or to wipe it from the inside. However, it is probably not necessary to deal with it in everyday use.
And finally, the lid - it snaps on with quite a lot of force, so it' s nice that it holds, but it' s even worse to take it off if the kettle is hot - there' s relatively little space under the handle, so it' s not difficult to burn yourself on the lid when removing it.
