For the price, I found the device to be of very high quality, with plenty of options for remote monitoring of Ethernet-connected devices. The device should be able to receive and send SMS and trigger different responses depending on the SMS content, but I haven't had a chance to test that yet, and someone might be interested in the possibility of working with MODBUS
I tried with both T-Mobile and Vodafone SIMs and both worked automatically
The web interface allows a lot of settings
Everything you need to get it working is in the box (except the SIM card, of course)
To make it work, you need to unscrew the device to insert the SIM
The box is not resistant to the environment, so you need to think about the location

Bought today and to follow up on a previous comment that it doesn't work with a VF sim, I have a VF and after inserting the card tuned the 4G and it runs with no problem, probably a firmw update.
