It's not a bad thing to have an extra layer of protection on the tablet, especially if you don't use a case or the display is strange and prone to damage from the first moment (as with cheap tablets, e.g. Lenovo Tab M9). However, this film is much smaller than the display, and therefore after installation there are visible "gaps" between the edges of the tablet and the film. It's nothing tragic, but it's visible and it may bother some people.

It is not "edge to edge", which can be distracting
