Nice design matching the AZZA knives from Tescomy and other knives in similar style.
For a technique where the sharpener is held vertically against a pad, it has two useful details: a slight point at the end of the grinding surface and a thumb groove at the end of the handle.
Higher price, while not doing a better job than a cheaper sharpener.

We have been using Azza knives in the kitchen for about 3 years. We were sorry that the blades didn't last long - the knives were ground with a broaching whetstone. Now, after using the sharpener, the knives are sharp and also stay sharp for a long time. Chefs probably know why they use it.
