I bought the puree maker for small and large volumes (pates, juices, sauces) and for fine pureeing. It's easy to work with, except that the spatula requires more interference with the pressing, which delays the work and makes it not as clean as I would like. It is better to press in smaller volumes (for fruit), because you need to gradually remove the pieces that have not been pressed and remain at the bottom (they can be nicely gathered when turning back, but still bother at the end of the pressing - I think a better squeegee on the press would solve this). The food is super fine and for fine pates I recommend it. The bottom dimension of the press is perfectly satisfactory, it is just a pity that the feet cannot be better adapted to the size of the container (e.g. for pâté, for the smaller size of the container, the passer is wobbly and I would appreciate it if it could be hooked with legs). I would have appreciated longer legs for the sauce passer because of the size of the pot. For larger volumes it takes longer to passivate than, for example, press machines, but it is much cheaper and can be used even for small volumes compared to powerful machines. The fruit is not completely squeezed out, but there is still quite a bit of juice left in the residue (certainly less than with cheaper juicers).

working with it is not as clean as I would expect (because of the spatula - I have to use my own)
