The only trifle is that the first liter fills the bottom of the container and there is a chance that it will not even cover the entire tea in the strainer, so in this case you need to use more water than I would like.

probably the only such large glass jug with a leaching sieve on the market
is quite fragile. this is our fourth Teo in the last 5-6 years: ( The first cracked while cooking on the glass ceramic, the second cracked while hand washing, and the third ended up in the dishwasher. I guess we're smart at home: ) I think we better buy some enamel ones next time after another accident
I would welcome a wider leaching sieve
it is a pity that there is not another such a large jug with a slightly wider bottom and smaller height
