I complained about the device, I ran out of patience.

the supplied HDMI cable doesn't handle 4K, playback then randomly jams, drops out, Tesla restarts, etc. after replacing it with a better cable, it's ok.
occasionally freezes with an unpleasant loud sound (about once a month)
a permanently plugged USB flash drive literally burns (the ports are probably not connecting).
it turns on by itself.
randomly the network connection stops working, even though it appears to be working in the settings, all apps say it is not available. This condition is getting worse (I have had my Tesla for about 3/4 years). Only a factory reboot and installing and setting everything up again will help.

The internet doesn't work, even when I'm connected via cable it still doesn't load and when I give a factory reset it works for a couple of days and then nothing again. I sent it to the complaint and wrote that they do not take responsibility for the connection of third parties, the complaint did nothing with it or to the factory settings did not put it and it took them a month and the result was no result.

It's just a "phone" in the TV you can find a lot of gadgets with a steady nerve even something lighter to play e.g. Candy crush or some clickers
When you go past the two worst shortcomings for me the box is a nice diversification of the household especially if you have like me an older 4K TV which these gadgets are not yet so good or does not support gyroscopic mouse you do not necessarily have to buy a new one
The original Gyroscopic mouse has a very slow cursor that likes to get stuck and doesn't cooperate for a while
The box itself gets stuck with an annoying sound during prolonged use and you have to wait for it to reset itself

Strange Google Play, which wants me to buy apps that I have already bought on my phone.?
Bad controller, no way to know what you're pressing without looking at it. The buttons are weird, and the gyro mouse does work, but it's not a particularly pleasant way to control it.
