Unlike crockpot pots, the outer shell heats up so much that you can't keep your hand on it while cooking. Thanks to its volume, it is no problem to make dishes such as pork knuckle or ribs in the pot. I very much appreciate the delayed start, however, you need to figure out how it sets up.
