Well, positively ... I am quite amazed how it works in the final 2 and a half month old wall has learned within a week that when she jumps and shakes it so some of the granules fall through ... which is not really desirable to jump all day and I think she gets the doses I have determined for the wall of the dachshund Choco Merle weighs 2.5 kg. I wouldn't buy it again for that money and I'd rather not recommend it 🙋♂️

Our cat (Žofie) took a while to get used to it, but after a while she takes the food thing for granted and is fine with it. So do we and we are happy that it is possible to ration food even when we are not in range. I think the camera should have been scanning the bowl, not spying on the room! This bothers me quite a bit and generally seems very distracting: (
The app works.
The hopper is large enough not to have to be refilled every day.
The camera should have taken up more of the bowl to see how many pellets are still in it.
The bowl is shallow and so the pellets tend to fall out of the bowl when dispensing!

Connecting Tragedy. Downloaded the app on 3 phones, entered wifi and the feed retrieves the QR code, then it takes 2 minutes to load and nothing. Wifi tried home and 2 different hotspots, all 2.4 GHz as required and still nothing. The manual was read letter by letter. It's about to fly out the window.
Maybe I can figure something out.
Easy to connect, if it worked.

Easy and intuitive control via mobile app
The power supply has a direct (not angled) USB output. After plugging the power supply into the socket and connecting the USB cable, this cable "sticks out" a lot into the space. So care must be taken to keep it out of reach of your pet (in our case a rabbit). It happened once that we did not keep this safe distance and the cable got into the cage area, which the rabbit took advantage of and chewed the cable: -( Fortunately, the power cable is only 5V.

Even though the product is not ideal and looks cheap and poor quality it works and meets what it says in the specification. This is about the only product I feel like the applicator and feeder will work well a year from now, unlike other brands. At the moment, it strikes me as the best option on the CR market.

the cats were not afraid at all, they practically started using it from the first moment
the possibility of using batteries instead of plugging into the mains (I don't know what the battery life is)

the power cord is at the back of the device which makes it impossible to place it against the wall
the bowl is shallow, granules fall out of the bowl
the bowl is plastic which is not very suitable for cats, quite difficult to replace it with another bowl
overall looks cheap
the dispensing mechanism is not ideal, it has no cap when dispensing the granules, the cat could pull the granules out with its paw by itself
sometimes the whole batch of pellets does not fall out, and vice versa sometimes the pellets fall out if the device is knocked

The weight of the dose depends on the granules, so it is good to weigh the dose and adjust the dosage accordingly. For example, one feed made us about 15g per portion, another 12g.
