What I read here reviews that they left the fountain so the connectors are cleaned every week. Vinegar water. Depends on what kind of hard water the household has.

completely wrongly designed product, apart from the fact that it is significantly noisier at a lower water level, it has contacts to the pump inside the water container, so water gets on them and corrodes, the fountain is after a few months of use to throw away, just rubbish, do not buy

I am not at all satisfied or even disappointed.
none maybe just the design
I thought that if I bought a quality fountain it would last such a rubbish I did not have at home. the fountain doesn't do what it is supposed to after a while the uv light turns off sometimes it turns itself off and I have it since the middle of july and it hasn't lasted even half a year. I haven't had such a joke yet and I've been using cat fountains for 10 years but this one lasted the least.
people don't buy it even Alza is not willing to refund my money because they gave me a brand new piece and I no longer had the interest and confidence in the product which after a while of operation corroded and stopped working.
