I am generally satisfied
the fountain is totally cool. It must be cleaned and yes, you must not pour water on the contacts. but it takes some skill. I've had it for over a year now, and it's fine.

The device is inappropriately designed. The service life is less than 1 year.
In the case of cleaning, it is virtually impossible to avoid water contact with the conductors.
If you fill the reservoir to the maximum level, there is a risk that water will get on the contacts when you carry the device.
I honestly don't really understand why a manufacturer would put a device like this on the market. There's no point in complaining.
The manufacturer alibistically states that water contact with the contacts should be avoided. Unfortunately, this is practically impossible to observe.
Unfortunately, water fountains are generally problematic devices. This is one of the worse ones.

It looks good at first, but after a while, no matter how hard you try and how careful you are, water will get to the contacts and they will corrode. After a few months it was difficult to turn on the fountain at all when changing the water (it pretended to be on, but the water was not flowing), and after about a year I could not turn on the water pumping at all even after repeated attempts to touch the contacts.

I'm excited about the fountain. It's a designer piece that looks very nice in the apartment. Water filtration is a plus. Plus, the cats are completely done for. They sat there for a long time looking at the bubbling water. After 2 hours they understood that it was for drinking. 😀
