It was good at the first 2 weeks. Then one day, it disconnected with my App. I followed the instructions on the App and tried to reset the device, but no matter how many times and how many seconds I pressed the power button, it just cannot be reseted.
Then, I followed the instruction and deleted the device from my App, just want to see if it can reconnet again. However, nothing changes.
Now here is the most rediculas thing: When I tried all the methods and they don't work, I try to write an bug report from the App to reach some help from their technican. But I DELETED the device from my App and their bug report page makes the "connected devices" as an MUST CHOOSE option. That means I cannot even submit my bug report from the App. If I want to submit the report, I need to reconnet the device to my App. But not matter how I tried, the device just cannot be reset and cannot reconnet to my App. And that is exactly the BUG I want to report. So, no solution for fixing it, and I cannot even submit a bug report.
I even tried to search from the internet about this problem. However, I found someone who is as unlucky as me. They reported this problems 3 YEARS ago! And the lasted reply is 26 days ago with exactly the same problem. That means Tesla didn't even try to fix this problem!
I just got so mad about it because I spend 700 czk on it for its smart function and now it can only be used as a normal strip.
Just don't buy it.
