The description says it's for terrarium animals, which logically includes tortoises. However, you then read that it's intended for aquatic turtles. I returned the food for this reason. I can't comment on the quality.

The information on the website states that the product is for both aquatic and terrestrial turtles, but the product packaging does not list terrestrial turtles, only aquatic turtles.
