Maximum satisfaction
It works great, it's easy to work with, both in the pan and in the oven. Wire long enough. I think it's accurate. I don't know how we've been able to prepare meat without it until now! Now the thermometer is done just right!

I used to have a different brand of thermometer and was used to it, it always managed to hit the steak temperature the way I wanted. With this thermometer, the meat is always more done than I want, even though the target heat is the same. But I don't know which thermometer is reading wrong. Unfortunately I can no longer compare, the old thermometer is broken. I guess it's also a matter of habit.
